Refund policy
At The Brandelier, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services and products with professionalism, transparency, and care. This policy outlines the terms related to refunds and returns for both our service-based offerings and digital products, including those provided through our sister company, Graphyq.
Creative and Digital Services
For service based projects including, but not limited to, branding, website design, email marketing, content creation, photography, or strategy, refunds are not available once any work has begun. Work is considered to have commenced once onboarding, research, planning, creative development, or strategy execution has started.
In the event that a project is cancelled by the client after the deposit or full payment is made, no refunds will be issued. Any outstanding balances for work completed up to the cancellation point will remain payable.
By proceeding with a purchase or signing a service agreement with The Brandelier, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms, and waives any right to initiate a chargeback or reversal with their payment provider.
Digital Products and Materials
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital products once they have been purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, templates, graphics, workbooks, downloadable files, and branding kits delivered via The Brandelier or Graphyq.
We encourage customers to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us prior to completing your order.
Download or Access Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading a purchased product, please contact us at info@thebrandelier.co.uk within 5 business days of your purchase. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring access is restored.
Please note that failure to download a product within the access period, or personal device or software incompatibility, does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
Project Pauses or Delays
In the event that a project is delayed due to lack of response or input from the client, the project may be placed on hold. Refunds will not be issued due to delays initiated by the client. Projects inactive for over 30 days without communication may be closed, and any unused time forfeited.
Payment Plans and Deposits
Where a payment plan has been agreed, the client is still fully liable for the total amount. Deposits and instalments paid are non-refundable. Services may be paused or withheld in the case of late payments until the account is brought up to date.
